Learning Biodynamics as a path of transformation

Die biodynamische Landwirtschaft ändert Orte und sie ändert Menschen.
Aber wie können wir als Ausbildende und Lehrkräfte biodynamisch unterrichten? Wir erhalten Fragen von Menschen, die Landwirtschaft lernen wollen, von Menschen, die ihren Hof umgestalten wollen. Der gesamte Lernprozess sollte eine Gelegenheit für den Lernenden sein, zu wachsen, Fähigkeiten zu erwerben und zu vertiefen, sich weiterzuentwickeln - ein Weg der Transformation. Als Ausbildende werden wir als Experten gebraucht, als Vermittlerin, als empathischer Zuhörer, als Wegweisen, als Begleiterin. Wir hören den Teilnehmern zu, teilen Wissen und Erfahrung, laden sie zu Übungen ein und wechseln die Perspektive, indem wir uns einer Frage durch Kunst, Eurythmie oder durch eine Beobachtungsübung nähern.
In diesem Workshop möchten wir an Deine, an unsere konkreten Erfahrungen als Ausbildende anknüpfen und über unsere unterschiedlichen Ausbildungspraktiken nachdenken. Aus welchen Momenten heraus leitest Du deine Kurse? Was inspiriert Dich?
Verbunden durch unser Engagement in der biodynamischen Landwirtschaft wäre es schön, wenn aus dem Erfahrungsaustausch ein großer Erfahrungsschatz entstünde, aus dem sich jeder Anregungen für zukünftige Ausbildungen holen kann. Außerdem möchten wir durch Momente der Meditation und Naturbewusstseinsübungen in die gemeinsame Erleben kommen und dadurch neue Kraft für uns und unsere Bewegung sammeln.
